Lean Six Sigma Certified Associate Project Manager

The Lean Six Sigma Certified Associate Project Manager Program career path prepares students for the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification exam as well as the PMI Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification exam. Individuals who are both certified as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and a CAPM can earn between $55,000 and $99,000 per year. During the program students will receive an overall introduction to both Lean and Six Sigma and Project Management. Students will also learn about the project selection process, the role of change management, and the various phases of Lean Six Sigma. They will then move onto define phase basics, fundamentals and project chartering. Students will also get a full understanding of integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management. The career path covers the following industry certifications Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
