Through the Air Force COOL (Credentialing Opportunities On-Line) program, eligible Airmen are funded 100% throughout their entire courses as well as all of the program’s expenses including the certification exams. Eligible candidates are also provided a FREE LAPTOP in order for them to become successful both during and after training.

Career Academy, in addition to offering on-demand career training, focuses on individuals rather than the full classroom. When you enroll, you will be assigned an academic coach who will guide you through the coursework. During the week and on weekends, your academic coaches and instructors are available via Zoom to meet face-to-face and one-on-one, answer questions, and walk you through technical issues. - Current Passing Physical Fitness Assessment
- No Unfavorable Information File on record
- Not on a Control Roster
- No Referral Enlisted Performance Report on record
- Must be enlisted with a minimum of an awarded 5-skill level in the Primary AFSC.
- ANG and AFR members must be on U.S. Title 10 or Title 32(502)f active duty orders(ANG and AFR orders must be uploaded to the member’s Digital File Folder and theActivated End Date of the orders updated in the Personnel Data section of in the Air ForceAutomated Education Management System by the member’s base education office.)
- Credential must be completed prior to out-processing and while member is on active status.
